Refund and cancellation policy
How subscription cancellation, remaining access time, and refund requests are handled.
Cancellation stops future renewal after provider confirmation; confirmed paid access remains available until its recorded UTC end time.
Paused subscriptions can be resumed. Cancelled or expired subscriptions require a new activation.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase circumstances and applicable consumer law. Contact support with the account email and transaction reference—never send payment credentials.
